Ruby’s Retreat – 3BR cottage in Sawyer near Warren DunesNewly renovated 3BR / 2 BA home located in Saywer, MI near Warren Dunes State Park and Greenbush Brewery! Sawyer is located halfway between New Buffalo and St. Joseph and is ideally situated for exploring all that SW Michigan has to offer. The cottage is located at the end of a private drive just off the Red Arrow highway. Lots of mature trees, large yard area and a huge deck make for the prefect place to relax outdoors. Brand new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom provides a relaxing retreat. The newly remodeled kitchen features light and bright finishes with a large dining area and direct access to the deck and outdoor dining area. Of the two additional bedrooms, one has a full size bed and the other includes two twin size beds. Full size washer/dryer, grill and fire pit are available for use. House also has central air! The house is kid and pet friendly with a selection of games, books and movies for your enjoyment on rainy days. Pets considered on a case by case basis and pet fee will apply. We are within walking distance of a wooded nature trail, walkable to Warren Dunes beach (1 mile from the house), and walking distance to a few nearby restaurant / cafe options. We know you’ll enjoy a beach day at the dunes, relaxing in the yard, exploring the booming microbrewery / winery scene, or checking out the shops and restaurants in nearby towns.
