Our Park Place condo features an outdoor gas and charcoal barbecue and a bocce ball court.The condo features 10ft. ceilings, air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, tile flooring throughout great room and kitchen. There are ceiling fans in every room and the unit is on the ground floor. King size bed in the master bedroom , and queen in the guest room. The unit has 2 TV’s with a big screen Sony HD TV LCD in great room. Free wifi in the unit.Location, location location. The condo is located directly behind a strip mall which houses several eateries, grocery stores, department stores, pubs, and Starbucks! Surprise has several golf courses within minutes and PGA tour golf 45 minutes away.
