Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, hot tubs, an Olympic-sized pool and kiddie pool (open seasonally during summer months), a year-round lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. You have everything you need for an entertaining and soothing stay.The main living area of this exquisite rustic condo is located on the second floor, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are seamlessly combined into one inviting space. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare magnificent culinary masterpieces or simple finger foods for the group. Start your days with a steamy cup of Joe from the coffee maker.The condo’s first floor offers a laundry area with a washer/dryer. Right between the first and second levels is a bedroom with an independent entrance to the main living room on the second floor.THINGS TO KNOWParking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
