Mini split air-conditioner units are available for your comfort during the warmer months.A private washer/dryer and direct parking in front of the cottage tie together the marvelous perks. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
