Property nearby Grant Rd, Alvernon Way, River and Swan Rd. Bus stop within min.Friendly pets are welcome, cats must be approved prior to booking.Smoke Free home. No Parties allowed.Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer for long term visitors available in the utility room near the carport.Home has new central AC.Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etc.ADDITIONAL NOTES- Shared wall may remit some muffled TV noise, please be considerate of other quests regarding noise. Master suite has been converted to separate rental and shares one and half walls.- parking for main house is under the carport and in the driveway. Long enough for two cars if needed.- smoking allowed only outside the house, please clean up debris.- Laundry hours are 8am to 8 pm, for the consideration of noise for quests. CLeaning supplies and Vacuum in Laundry room. Please leave for back guest when not in use.- Please note there is a security camera in the carport area
