You get full access to all house amenities including kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, gaming room, and backyard. Take a walk-in nature at the Euchee Creek Trails Park or visit other popular trails such as the Savannah River Rapids Park and Forks Area Trail System.Please take note1. Cameras are on this premises covering only the outdoor areas (Entryway, Driveway, and Backyard). The cameras are only used for safety measures for crimes that may be committed on the property, and to verify the number of guests that enter the home for check in, and when guests leave for cleaning purposes. There will be no refunds for unawareness of cameras on this property.2. Any kind of parties, and events are NOT ALLOWED.• All guests must be included on the reservation guest count, whether or not they stay the night.• Only 2 vehicles will be allowed.If this home is misused in any way you will be charged a $200 fee and $1000 if law enforcement is called.3. Accurately disclose the amount of people who will be staying.4. NO SMOKING substances including cigarettes, marijuana, etc. that create smoke or vapor are allowed in the house. If any smoke odor of any kind is detected, you will be charged an additional $100 to remove the odor.5. All items in this home should be thoughtfully cared for as if it was your home. If any item is misplaced, broken, thrown away, stolen, or permanently stain anything, you WILL be charged for it.6. Subletting is not allowed. Only the person who made the reservation and guests on the list are allowed to stay.
