Rustic Updated Cozy Lake House! Close to skiing!

Windsor Hills is located on 225+ acres of beautiful woodland in southern New Hampshire. The property was previously used as a youth camp, with lots of room to explore and play. We are now offering single-family homes for rent, so if have multiple families, or are planning that family reunion, we can accommodate. Close to skiing, on a beautiful semi-private lake, with miles of trails being reestablished. A golf cart is provided to get around the camp in the Summer and Fall.The house has a private parking area and is nestled in a private wooded area. Plenty of parking for all your friends and family.You will have the access to White pond lake. It is a semi-private lake with 150 feet long beach access for the camp guests only.There are all different sizes of lifejackets, beach chairs, zero gravity chairs, paddles, and etc. in the boathouse. Please put everything you take out back to the original place after each day of use. Used towels should be left in the bathroom on the floor before checkout to distinguish used towels from unused towels.Please take all food out of the fridge and freezer and please make sure all garbage is disposed of prior to leaving. There is a dumpster within the camp. Please check the listing pictures. There is a picture showing where the dumpster is.Dishes used should be placed in the dishwasher and set to wash before leaving.Cats are not allowed because some people are allergic to them.Before ordering or having any packages shipped to the residence please check with hosts first.There is absolutely no smoking inside the house.There are absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED
