Sometimes you can see seals sunning themselves on the rocks. Eat dinner watching the rolling waves. Year round enjoy the ocean relaxing in the comfortable 2nd floor living room and eat your meals watching the waves crash. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in the private 3rd floor master bedroom suite and large windows that overlook the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor has an additional kitchen, living area, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with its own separate entrance and parking spaces. It is a short drive/walk to Wallis State Beach and a 10 minute drive to the excitement of Portsmouth, NH. Note: The only staircase is spiral.
