This 3 bedroom is an upstairs unit that faces a landscaped area in a very quiet part of the complex. The unit has hardwood floors throughout and is very well equipped with everything your family will need to prepare meals or pack up your beach picnics. There is a king, queen and two twin beds, plenty of bath towels too but also has a washer dryer if you need to freshen up your beach attire. A newly purchased couch to curl up on the watch a movie or your favorite sporting event. Do not forget to look for the Island Tree Spirit located by the lake where the tree rope swing flys over the lake.Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.No glass or pets in pool areas.Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed.Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs.Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.Please observe the posted speed limit of 10 mph on the property
