Rent this wonderful summer house and guest cottage in the highly desirable Cliff area. The house is 1.5 miles from Nantucket Town center and Cliff beach is easily accessible via public access 75 yards from the house. The beach features calm waters and a sand bar that extends a hundred yards into Nantucket Sound. Kids will love playing on it.The main house has two large bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen with dining area. The guest house has a queen bed, a nook with an additional twin bed, and a bath with a shower. Renters really enjoy the guest house as it can give grandparents, friends or teens some privacy of their own when on vacation. Between both houses, the property comfortably sleeps 7 people. All of the rooms have AC. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the amenities of home. The house includes 5 bicycles in excellent condition that you are welcome to use. Please do bring your own helmets.The house was built in 1934 and still has many original features. The back yard has a large private patio with a gas grill and large yard. There is an outdoor shower. In the front, there is a beautiful large porch. There is a new large TV in the living room and a TV in the guest house. The house is extremely well maintained.
