This property is a standalone pool house that is located in the back of our home, minutes from I-77, I-20, I-26 & every major hospital. We are minutes from downtown. There are several restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in the area. The house is in a well lit, fully gated area that is monitored by security cameras. There is a private entrance to the pool house that makes it secluded and quiet. The house includes all utilities, cable tv/Netflix/Disney+, wifi access, a private bathroom, pool table, laundry room with washer and dryer, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, air fryer, and all dishes and utensils. There is a seating area with reclining chairs and the option of Sunday dinners. The home will be cleaned weekly to supply fresh linens and ensure a COVID safe environment. When season permits, guests will have access to the pool.
