The dining room overlooks the back gardens and also opens to an outdoor dining area with brand new Weber gas grill (great for bbq’ing on those perfect summer nights!).The second floor features a large, light-filled sitting area that is flanked by two guest bedrooms each with queen beds. The sitting room has large flat screen TV (with cable package) and opens onto a balcony overlooking the back gardens and pool. The balcony is perfectly positioned for evening sunsets and features a turn of the century glider (sofa) and rocking chairs, making it a hard spot to leave. Note, the sitting room also has a giant, comfy sofa that pulls out into a queen bed.The home also contains a large finished basement that is perfect space for children to play during rain delays!The listing also comes with a separate barn/carriage house that is perfect for guests (or teenagers)! The barn has a large loft sleeping area with queen bed, exposed beams, and chaise lounge.
