The Rose Garden, one of the most beautiful regions of Cape Coral, offers a lot of variety. In addition to bars, restaurants, barbecues and small shops in the Tarpon Point Marina, you can take bike tours and walks here. In the middle of this wonderful region is the Villa Summer Breeze, located on a wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The house convinces with its high-quality furnishings as soon as you enter it. On the right side of the house is the master bedroom with own bathroom as well as a guest WC with access to the pool area. On the left side of the house are the two guest rooms with the other bathroom. The large, well-equipped, west-facing pool terrace invites you to linger. In addition to extensive sunbathing, you can enjoy your valuable leisure time to the fullest and in the meantime look for cooling in the pool. From the large boat deck you can take adventurous boat tours in the Gulf of Mexico with a rented boat. The beaches of Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers can be reached quickly by boat.
