Come visit the Sailgate Escape! Single level 1700 sq ft newly renovated in 2022. 3 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Master has a king and a twin trundle bed. Private 1/2 bath. Second bedroom has a twin bed and the third has a queen. Shared full bath in hallway. A fully stocked kitchen and gas grill provided. Gentle slope to covered dock with power (owner’s boat stays in slip but plenty of room on either side to tie up a boat). Gorgeous sunsets views ! Located off the main channel of the Seneca River area of the lake. 16 mile drive to Clemson or about a 12 minute boat ride.
