Saint Simons Island,blocks from Gould’s Inlet, 5 bedroom 3 bath ranch sleeps 12+GORGEOUS fully renovated 5 bedroom 3 bath ranch one block to East Beach and one block to the gorgeous nature marsh, PERFECT location! Right at Gould’s inlet!!! 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom (perfect for the little ones) with 2 sets of bunk beds (each holding a TOTAL of 250 pds.), and a master suite with a king size bed, sitting room and master bathroom. There is a pull out couch and a day bed for some extra sleeping space. 3 bathrooms, one in the master suite, one to share with the 2 queen rooms, and 1 to share between the last queen room and bunk bed room. Our family home has a open floor plan with a huge kitchen and plenty of seating. Enjoy the heated pool, outdoor shower, propane grill or outdoor living on the back porch. We ask you follow all pool rules posted and respect our family house. The house will start your perfect vacation off with 3 toilet papers in each bathroom, 3 paper towels, 3 pods for dishwashing, and 3 pods for the washer. Please provide your own beach towels and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
