“Saintly” at Sea Palms 18th Green”Saintly” is an end unit condo that is a short one minute walk to the Sea Palms Resort & Convention Center. The 18th green and lagoon are directly in back of this condo which provides stunning views.The first floor has 2 master suites and each is furnished with a 43″ flat screen TV. One bedroom has a king bed with an air system mattress so you can determine your own comfort level. The other bedroom has a king I Comfort Serta mattress with ever cool fuse gel memory foam for cool, supportive sleep. This bedroom also has a screened porch with a day bed for relaxation. There is also a full size washer and dryer located on this floor for your convenience.The upstairs has a kitchen that was remodeled 2 years ago and was equipped with all new stainless appliances. Just off the kitchen is the dining table which seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a 55″ flat screen TV with 3 swivel chairs and sofa for easy viewing. The Ethan Allen sofa can be converted into a queen bed and has an air system mattress that is adjustable. Finally there is another screened in porch and the view of a rookery is just behind the 18th green.The Sea Palms Resort Sago Restaurant and Golf Pro Shop are located just to the right of your front door.
