Access has a paved parking lot for those travelling by car, portable bathrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off before heading home.No Smoking/Vaping. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
