“Salt ‘n’ Lyme” – Walk to everything !Perfect little beach cottage in the heart of Old Lyme. This is a great location for kids and adults alike. Park the car when you arrive, and leave it until you’re ready to depart, because you can walk to the carousel, beaches, bars, restaurants, bocce courts and various retail locations.Welcome back to Salt ‘n’ Lyme. 2024 will be our third year renting, as the first two went very well. Please read the reviews of our many satisfied tenats to get a feeling of what to expect from your time here. This is a simple cottage in a phenomenal location, and we are doing our best to keep costs reasonable, for many to enjoy. Please read the VRBO ad thouroughly and ask as many questions as you can. Under ammenities you will find all of the things included with this rental, if it isn’t listed, it probably isn’t included, but again… please ask. You will find that mostly all necessities required for a good experience are provided.** Linens and Towels are not provided with this rental**Check in instructions: You will be provided with a door code prior to arriving, open door and enjoy. (4pm)Check out instructions: Close the door on your way out, have a safe trip home. (11am)Trash (Blue Bin) pickup is Monday, Recycling (Green Bin) pickup is Tuesday… Please wheel bins out if those days coincide with your stay and at the end of your stay in the event no other tenants are booked for the next cycle.I think all of our prior tenants will tell you that we communicate well, and do our best to manage effectively.Please respect our property as if it were your own.
