Welcome to 58 Nehantic Trail, Old Saybrook CT. Located in the beach community of Indiantown within walking distance to both private beaches and marina. This two bed, one and a half bath home offers a sun room, open kitchen-dining-living room area, laundry room and plenty of storage. This home is fully furnished and recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen! There is an outside shower located near the back patio to rinse off after a day on the boat or a beach day. Post beach entertaining can be done on the outside back patio with a brand new 28’ blackstone grill and a fire pit with seating to enjoy the gorgeous summer nights under the stars. This home is unique due to its cape features outside, but a one level ranch style home on the inside. 58 Nehantic Trail is part of one of the very popular beach communities in Old Saybrook that is highly desired by all people, not just locals. This beach association includes a marina, boat/kayak/paddle board launch, 2 beaches, a club house and brand new play scape.
