Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. Guest will be charged a minimum $1,000 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. The City of Palm Springs takes this very seriously and this violation will count as a strike towards our Registration Certificate causing us to potentially lose our rental permit. We thank you for being respectful and abiding by this city ordinance.*All guests are required to sign a rental agreement. ID will be requested for verification after booking. A $500 refundable security deposit will be held from check-in to check-out. Guests with 28+ day stay are responsible for all utilities and a $1500 security deposit will be held.
