This home is a spacious 4 bedroom/3 bath haven. It is complete with an enclosed, heated pool for the kids to play in and a heated spa with jets, perfect for a relaxing evening for the adults. The pool also has night lights which can be turned to an array of colors. Complete with lounge chairs to make any time of day or night the perfect mode of relaxation.The home has almost double of almost everything in kitchen appliances and supplies since it has a full kitchen and kitchenette in the guest suite. The kitchens are fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils and appliances. You will find basic ingredients in the kitchens such as sugar, flour, coffee etc…. There is a large screen smart TV with cable in both the living room of the main house and bedroom of the suite along with high-speed internet and wifi.3 bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 1 bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. 2 of the bedrooms with queen beds each have a pack and play for an infant or small child. Additionally, there are 2 futons for either 2 kids or 1 adult.There are 3 full bathrooms with each having a bathtub/shower unit. There is a laundry room in case you need to wash some clothes before you head home.This home is close to a busy street but with the brand new windows, the house is quiet inside. The fence around the property provides privacy for all your activities.Nearby, the little town of Pinecraft attracts lots of Amish. There is a fairly large influx of Amish in this neighborhood especially in the winter months and can be seen walking or riding their bikes.The home is located 5-7 miles from Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach. It is also within walking or biking distance of the Pinecraft park. There is a huge array of shopping at your fingertips and some amazing Amish-food restaurants such as Der Dutchman and Yoder’s just down the road. No car? No problem! Just a short walk to the nearest SCAT bus stop, and you can be at any location within a few minutes.
