Bring your whole family, including your precious pooch, to the beautiful New Jersey shore for a fun vacation! Nicely decorated 4 bedroom, 2 full bath townhome just three blocks from the beach and one block from tennis, basketball and a playground. The house is located near the west end of 40th Street, near 4th Avenue.The first floor has three bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with 2 twin beds, one with 2 queen beds and a TV) and 1 full bathroom with a double vanity and shower. The second floor has the Primary bedroom (king bed and TV), 1 full bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, mounted 42′ HD flat panel TV, sectional sofa and 2 dining tables. Sliding doors open to a deck with a dining table and 10 chairs. The yard is fully fenced. The backyard has a nice outdoor shower and a large deck with 3 teak lounge chairs, 2 Acapulco chairs and a gas grill.This house is dog-friendly. Although the house is thoroughly cleaned between renters, if you or your family members have pet allergies, you should consider another house.Rental includes 8 seasonal beach tags and 8 beach cruisers for use during stay.
