Salty Poynt: A BRAND NEW, Beautiful & Airy Beach CottageWe designed this beach cottage with YOU in mind! It’s located 0.3 mi from Long Sands Beach, a 5 minute walk. It’s the perfect size – it’s cozy, yet large enough for a family or two to comfortably enjoy a getaway. It features an all white kitchen and a spacious living room with a beautiful gas fireplace for those colder New England months and AC for the hotter months. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer, as well. The property includes a covered front porch w/ teak table and chairs. There is a grill & a beautiful and convenient outdoor shower. Did we mention this cottage is BRAND NEW?Please note:-We offer Friday to Friday rentals in the summer.-We do not offer any discounted rates for longer rentals.-The top bunk beds are designed for children due to weight limit capacity/safety.-At most we are able to accommodate 8 people total with a maximum of 6 adults.
