The property features 2 outdoor pools, private beachfront on Lake Winnipesaukee with a water trampoline, rolling green lawns, ping pong table, tennis court, pickel ball, basketball, clubhouse restroom facilities, and a bonfire area.The views from this property are breathtaking, with the Ossipee mountains as the back drop of beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.This is a 3 bedroom condo with 2 and 1-/2 half bathrooms. The unit sleeps up to 6 guests. The Master bedroom has a luxury purple mattress Queen bed and a private full bath, the second bedroom has a full bed and the 3rd has a twin bunk bed. There is a full eat in kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. The unit features 2 decks; one screened in deck off the master bedroom and another connected open deck from the living room area. Both decks provide an angle view of the lake and mountains.There is also a grill for use. WIFI smart TV provided. Provided are two unassigned parking spaces, the unit is also non-smoking with a strict no pets allowed policy. ******PLEASE note towels are NOT included in this rental.Please note: Snow mobiles, motorcycles, motorized bikes or scooters, ATVs, campers, or trailers are not allowed on the property per association rules. Also the docks/moorings are for registered owner’s use only.
