There is an adventure theme mini-golf within a short ,3 block walk that the kids will LOVE!HIGHLIGHTS: Relax in the wonderful rocking chairs on this 5th floor, corner unit, balcony with great beach breezes and skyline night views that will WOW! You will oooohhhh and aaaahhhh over the westerly sunsets! As an added bonus, the owner offers use of their beach chairs (4) and beach umbrella and some beach toys too. This is a great end unit with lots of bright light and wood flooring and updated conveniences.
