This 2 BR/2 BA apartment has everything you need for a perfect San Diego getaway! Whether you are traveling with a family, as a couple, or just by yourself, you are certain to feel at home. We are in a bay-front complex, right next to Fanuel Park (a great place to relax), and 6 blocks to the beach! We are also a few blocks from the heart of Pacific Beach which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore!This apartment was just completely remodeled and refurnished! Located on the 2nd floor of the building, this unit has 2 levels inside with one flight of stairs. The main floor includes a spacious living room with ample seating and a patio with partial bay views. The lower level contains two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a queen/twin bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. High-Speed wireless internet is great throughout the entire home for browsing, streaming, or working from home. All of the bedrooms have smart TVs for you to enjoy after a long day at the beach!There is one flight of stairs inside the unit.Please note: This property does NOT have A/C.Additional rental contract will be sent upon confirmed reservation.Please know this home is located in a community that values peace and tranquility, and partying is against our house rules. While we want you to have a fantastic stay, we want to make sure we respect our neighbor’s peaceful environment and be considerate of the surrounding residents.
