This contemporary-rustic getaway is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood of Bernhard’s Bay. It has 260 ft of lakefront and 300 ft of creek. In walking distance is a good dinner. It is minutes away from marinas, boat launches, boat rentals, fish hatchery and restaurants.The house has been revamped in the last few years. The outside color is burgundy and the roof is white metal, to reflect the sun rays.From the living room surrounded by windows, you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the lake. It has a 28″ LED television, DVD player and stereowith big speakersThe sofa, love seat and chair are made of half white Italian leather, and are reclinable.The fireplace in the dining room /kitchen gives a cozy feeling.The kitchen is open on 1 side into a bar like with bar stools.The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds with memory foam mattress and a 24″ LED television.The sand along the shore is safe to walk in, certainly for children jumping from the dock.The dock accommodates boats up to 16 ft. long.There is a lift for 14 ft. boat.Fishing can be enjoyed from the dock or from the bridge across the creek. The yard is big, The private road offers ample parking.Snowmobiling on the trails or on the frozen lake is breath taking. as well as ice fishing .
