While our vertical “stack” is almost complete, there are multiple swing units attached to the building, enabling crews to access units still under construction. There is also associated intermittent construction noise and the hot tub is closed until work is complete. Additionally, condo HOA requires receipt of completed lease paperwork 10 days prior to guest arrival.
