Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the balcony perched above Strand Avenue. Watch all the south-end action from the comfort of your living spaces.This open living area has ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 6. There is a fully equipped kitchen including all appliances and a dishwasher and features counter seating for 2. Enjoy the ocean breezes and gorgeous views from your private furnished balcony which is accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room.Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size bed and has a flat-screen TV. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a TV, the third bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen sizes beds and a TV. This condo sleeps up to 8 guests.This condo is handicap friendly as there is an elevator (not ADA compliant). There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the gated lot. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky’s Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment.
