Beautiful 4 bedroom house overlooking the great marsh with wonderful views of the Sandwich Boardwalk. It has been renovated but retains the character and charm of yesteryear. Kitchen opens to family and dining rooms. Upstairs the spacious great room is ideal to relax/look at the beautiful marsh and ocean beyond. Four bedrooms have 8 beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed and a blow up queen matress. There is a large deck and a balcony on the second floor that looks out on to the Marsh and the ocean in the distance.A cozy studio cottage sits on the edge of the property, ideal for in-laws or a couple, it is open from May through October and includes an additional bedroom and bathroom. 10 minute walk into town with close proximity to restaurants, beaches and Sandwich Marina.
