With a level yard right on the water and a westward sunset view, this premium property is now available for short-term rentals for the first time.Recently renovated and newly furnished in a comfortable modern lake house style, Sandy Beach Haven is ideal for discerning vacationers and can accommodate 1, 2, or 3 families at once:- 2 Physical Structures: 1 main house on the water, plus a furnished carriage house across a private drive 20 feet away. Large enough for privacy.- 8 Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms plus 1 loft in main house, and 2 bedrooms in the carriage house. A total of 10 beds for up to 15 people: 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 fulls, and 3 twins. (Note that some of these are bunkbeds or in the loft, which requires use of stairs.)- 5 Full Bathrooms: 4 in main house, 1 in the carriage house.
