This highly desirable ground floor studio condo is located on stunning East Grand Traverse Bay with sparkling blue waters, sandy beach, and gorgeous sunrise and sunset skies from your private patio. The beach slider door is just steps away from the sand, bay, and heated pool. There are community fire pits and a beach volleyball court available.The condo is perfect for two guests but sleeps up to four. This unit includes a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette with plenty of storage, apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and general kitchen items. The full bath has plenty of counter space, a hair dryer, and a walk-in 60″x34″ shower, with a separate water closet. Direct TV supplies services to the 55″ flat-screen smart Roku television. Free WIFI, air conditioning, and central heat. There is no breakfast included with this condo.The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is only 6 miles from this location. It is also an easy drive to Old Mission Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City is just 4.5 miles from the condo.
