The Master bedroom, with a queen size bed, opens to a screened lanai overlooking a natural mangrove preserve filled with wildlife. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your screened balcony!The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom. If you have a larger family, the living room has a full size pullout sofa. A cook’s dream, the kitchen is completely renovated and fully equipped. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Simple, yet sophisticated, decor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. Covered parking is available for two cars. The downstairs closet (located in the carport) has beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon and beach toys for guests to enjoy. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. It’s easy to explore. The island offers a free trolley with convenient stops the length of the island. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city’s noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation.
