Leave your car in one of the two reserved, covered parking spaces and walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island. There is a convenient free trolley stop right at Gulf Drive.Included are 4 beach chairs, a beach carry cart, beach/pool towels, beach cooler & plenty of beach and sand toys for the kids.Do you have a boat! Boats are permitted to be moored and docked at the Bay Watch dock. This is complimentary and at no charge. However, parking/storing boat trailers are not permitted on the property.This property includes the large, community heated freshwater pool with a shower and restrooms, as well as a private pier/dock for fishing or relaxing within steps of your unit. It’s a great place to watch the sun rise before heading for the beach!Walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island exploring sunny beaches, restaurants, watering holes, and musical entertainment. Pharmacies & grocery stores are on the island (Instacart delivery is available from Publix grocery store).
