## SpaceHidden up a long cypress-lined driveway, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level home is located in a coveted top of Mesa location. Featuring a private, sunny terrace with generous outdoor seating and decks surrounded by many fruit trees. Relax outdoors with beautiful views, or enjoy al fresco dining or the spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ, grill, sink, storage, and large food prep areas.The gourmet kitchen is the heart of this house and is fully equipped for cooking any type of food during your stay. The bright living room serves as the hub for the open floor plan, with seamless flow to the back patio and outdoor kitchen. Three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the extra office space offers a pull-out sofa and a work desk. Air conditioning and heat are available through the central system. The two bathrooms are beautifully designed and functional with stone tiling, easy access, above-counter stone sinks, and waterfall sink faucets.This house does not have live TV service. The Smart TV is equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The house has fast wifi.There is private parking for 2 cars under the carport. Additional vehicles can park in the driveway.*Not available for short term rental. Month-long+ rentals only. **NO PARTIES: This house is located in a quiet community and the concerns of our neighbors are our top priority. We have a strict ‘No Party’ policy and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.**PETS: ONLY 3 PETS ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA’s). A $300/per pet fee will apply. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $1000 fine.*Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, and outdoor space after every guest. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly.
