We have a completely rebuilt cottage on the Santa Barbara Riviera with a fabulous ocean view. The property has been in our family for 70 years, and we are now offering to share it for your vacation. The cottage has 2 bedrooms. It is in a park-like setting with an ocean-view deck running the length of the cottage and a separate private patio. Every detail has been taken care of.The beach is 2 miles away. Downtown is a 5 minute drive. This cottage is amazingly close to everything, yet you feel like you are away from it all.The amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, a gas grill, 2 outside eating areas, washer and dryer, flat-screen cable TV and Wi-Fi.
