This home is right on the beach, normally steps to the sand, with a spectacular 180-degree view of the beautiful bay from Monterey/Carmel to Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz city lights by night. Best area for the Sunsets!Located 4 homes down from Moran State Beach, which has sand access right to the street should there be a high tide or sand loss in front of the home.Enjoy world class surfing at Pleasure Point and WindanSea surf breaks right out front (we offer surf boards), or relax on the spacious ocean side deck or the upper master suite deck, BBQ and watch the surfers, sailboats, seals on the rock, otters, dolphins, pelicans and ocean activity. Take a bike ride (bikes are available) or stroll to Capitola along the beach front bike path.Enjoy numerous quality restaurants and nearby night life. Very close to the Harbor for dining and fishing.We have 3 King Beds and 1 Queen, one bedroom is detached through the courtyard for privacy, 3 bathrooms. Hot/cold outdoor shower.Smart TV in Living room and each bedroom, Sony Blue Tooth Speaker, Apple IHome Speaker w/ Clock in bedrooms, Water Filtration System throughout home!Enjoy the peaceful setting and gorgeous sunsets with the sound of the ocean throughout the home. This two-story vacation home sleeps eight. Two bedrooms open into interior courtyard. The master suite comprises the entire second story, oceanfront.Sorry, no pets.
