For even more fun, head to the garage-turned-game room where you’ll find a full-size pool table waiting for a friendly round of 8-ball. The living room is bathed in plentiful natural light and offers comfortable sofa and armchair seating, as well as 2 overhead fans to keep the cool air moving. A smart TV allows you to stream all your favorite shows without missing a single episode or host a family movie night while you wind down for bed. Just around the corner, the bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a kettle, and a drip coffee maker. Prepare full-sized family meals or quick appetizers here, served up at the counter with two high-top barstools for an informal seating option. For a more formal meal setting, a dining room table just steps away can accommodate your entire crew for whatever type of fare you have in mind.This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, and smart TV.Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds, and a smart TV.Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack & Jill; bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.The home also includes a half bathroom.THINGS TO NOTE:- Grill available for rental for $115/week. Please request with a minimum of 24 hours notice.- Washer and dryer in home.- High chair and pack and play are in home.- Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles with overflow parking available on the street.- The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $19 per night.- Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum.
