Nestled just south of the famed Montana Ave. neighborhood, our home has a California coastal feel. Open floor plan, recycled hard wood floors, lots of sun, an outdoor garden area that mirrors the interior in style and comfort. Away from the tourists, our quiet neighborhood is for those seeking rest and relaxation with all amenities included: bbq grill, AC, an outdoor Jacuzzi, shower, and fire pit. Our stylish, upscale bohemian home, is a warm and inviting space able to accommodate a large group or family. The open floor concept home features many comforts & amenities for our guests to enjoy. Perfect for families and friends, the property is designed for a carefree experience with loads of entertainment.House contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Master bedroom with CA King Size bed, large flat screen TV, has master bathroom attached with large shower and a Japanese soaking tub. Additionally upstairs are two cozy and light bedrooms with double beds and beautiful views, skylights and French balcony. An additional full bathroom with shower adjacent to bedrooms is situated at the end of the hallway. Downstairs we have the open plan living room, TV den with large flatscreen, full bathroom, dining area off the kitchen, with French doors opening to a large deck on the one side and dining patio on the other side. Home has wood floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, high-speed wireless internet and cable TV.Large deck and back yard provides a perfect backdrop for outdoor entertaining, hammock swinging, bbq’s and fire lit nights around the fire pit. This home is filled with warmth and character and in the perfect location for a getaway near the beach.The Santa Monica promenade, Palisades parks and Santa Monica beaches are minutes, walking distance, away for relaxing, shopping, dining, and surfing.The owner will not be present during your stay, but will be a phone call away to deal with questions and concerns if they arise.Rental includes all Utilities (please conserve due to water shortage), WiFi, DirectTV, Linens and Towels, Beach Towels, fully-equipped kitchen, Parking for one car in the Garage.We have 3 bikes available to use at your own risk. We’re located eleven blocks from Ocean Avenue where you can stroll along the beautiful Palisades Park overlooking the Pacific ocean with views of what the locals call the Queens Necklace from mountainous Palos Verdes to Malibu.We are a 10-15 minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier and only 10 blocks from The Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade where you can find just about anything you’re looking for to bring back home with you. One block away is the fabulous shopping of Montana Avenue,Coffee: Gourmet – Cafe Luxe at Montana/9th; Starbucks at Montana/7th,Peet’s Coffee on 14th, Breakfast or lunch – Marmalade on 7th, Rosti on 9th and just 1 block away is an amazing burger and artisan beers on tap at Father’s Office on Montana/11th.
