Quiet development of about 50 units.We have owned for 12 years and use the house a few times a year and rent only to Canadian snow birds.Clean, comfortable unit, tastefully decorated.Has screened linai, and small deck outside for BBQing .Unit is close to the heated pool also.Very close to the downtown area to bike or walk.5 min drive to the Marina and bay front park. 10-15 minutes to St Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach .Includes:Air conditioning, heat, internet, tv, cable, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, fridge and stove.2 month’s minimum (available Dec, Jan, Feb)Management does Background check, credit check etc. approx $200 usd application and fees
