Downstairs a loft/bedroom and a murphy bed in the family room. Open plan living room, gourmet modern kitchen. Indoor lap pool and home gym. Ample outdoor space to dine, enjoy the incredible sunsets.Incredibly private setting with lush outdoor yard, covered lanai, open patio and stunning water sunset views. 3500 sq feet, one acre lot. Well stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, gourmet markets and Trader Joe’s within 2 miles make it all easy to dine in — or great restaurants in the neighborhood too. Stay active on the kids indoor climbing wall, lap pool, yard sports, or 2 double kayaks and paddleboards. It’s a quiet escape but also close to beaches and nightlife. Beach chairs, cooler, toys available to enjoy the best sand in the world at Siesta Beach. Our house has been a family compound for 40 years, a treasure you too can enjoy. Perfect for families and small friend groups. Neighborhood and pandemic restrictions limit large gatherings and parties.
