Need a length of stay alteration, let us know.The bungalow is a standalone building with its own mini-split A/C unit, surrounded by privacy fencing in a lush tropical setting with outdoor security cameras in the front and back yard. Features a q-size bed, private bath, kitchenette w/full-size refrigerator, **there is no stovetop/oven in the unit**, Kuerig coffee machine, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle. Smart TV with wireless Wi-Fi connection, linens, paper products, basic toiletry items (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), shared usage of patio/pool area (with owners) and an outdoor gas grill w/side burner (grilling utensils, pots/pans, assorted seasonings, etc. are also provided). *NOTE: The pool is NOT heated and the built in spa is NOT an available amenity.*Heading to the any of the local beaches…we’ve got you covered with two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and sand blanket. Or if you prefer just to hang out at the shared pool (the pool is not heated and built-in spa is not an included amenity) space there is a shared comfy seating area, dining table and two lounge chairs.We provide an initial supply of coffee, creamers, sweeteners and assorted snacks. Food/grocery markets abound with Publix, Aldi, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods or Morton’s specialty shops all within 5 miles.Driving travel times to local areas of interest from our location during non-peak times are: Downtown Sarasota-10 minutes; Lido and Siesta Key beaches-15 to 20 minutes; Sarasota airport-15 to 20 minutes and to interstate I-75 is 20 minutes (keeping in mind this will assuredly be subject to traffic with January-mid April as “peak” season).Whether you’re headed to the beaches, shopping, downtown, marina, or have a loved one in the hospital, you will find us conveniently located. **Should you have any issues/concerns or questions during your stay, please notify us ASAP and allow us the opportunity to address/solve them.**
