This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominiums, with a sleeper sofa. This unit has a private balcony which sits directly on the beach facing the area where the Savannah River and The Atlantic Ocean meet. All units have use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
