This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo includes use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills.Relax with a cup of coffee on a sunny morning and enjoy watching dolphins in the river or the engaging sight of commercial shrimp boats and cargo ships travelling to and from the Port of Savannah. At night relax the southern way with a cool glass of sweet tea and admire our lovely Tybee sunsets. This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium has a quaint kitchenette that is stocked with cookware, dishes, and cutlery. All units have access to the relaxing swimming pool, tennis courts, BBQ grills for everyone’s cookout needs, and coin operated washers and dryers located at the beach-facing end of each floor.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
