Sit on your private balcony and enjoy watching dolphins (porpoise) in the river, commercial shrimp boats, cargo ships entering and leaving the Port of Savannah and Tybee Island`s beautiful sunsets. These units are 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominiums, some with 1 or 2 bunk beds suitable for small children. Deluxe units include a dishwasher and all units have use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills. Wi-Fi access is available in certain units and at the the swimming pool and admin office at the front gate.Please Note:The beach on Tybee`s north shore (Savannah River Entrance) is subject to strong currents during tidal changes. Please swim with care and observe all posted cautions.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
