We are glad to welcome you and will provide all of the native insider information to the best of Savannah!LOCATION:The condo is in the city center and fully equipped to meet your every need. It also has the charm of a historic building with original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and exposed ductwork all complimenting a spacious, open plan living area.BEDS:The condo has a queen bedroom with storage drawers in the bed frame. There are soft, terrycloth robes for you use in the closet . In addition, we have a high quality, deluxe inflatable Queen Mattress. for 2 additional occupants.The comfortable living area has an open concept kitchen that is fully equipped for long and short term stays. It has a dining table as well as bar seating. Our favorite feature in the living area are the reclining chair and couch – great for rest after long days of walking and exploring one of America’s greatest walking cities.The bathroom is spacious and modern with shower and large vanity and mirror. There are plenty of plush towels.We also have a nice washer and dryer for your convenience.The Living area has a Smart TV with wifi access for you to use your favorite streaming services as well as get local flavor with the various channel subscriptions.There is ample parking surrounding the building that can accommodate various budgets. If you envision wanting a space for your car for long term and corporate rentals, please let us work with you to find the best spot. (We are local and can discuss your plans to determine what works best).(We are currently taking monthly bookings by request for dates beginning in December 2020)
