Description
Magnolia is a second row townhome which makes it the perfect location with just steps to the beach access and it offers keyless entry. This town home has views of the ocean from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room as well as the spacious deck, which has high back chairs to also view the canal from. The evenings are accented by the patio lighting and the mornings are best enjoyed with a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the ocean view.The townhome has a one car garage on the bottom level, living room, kitchen, laundry with full size appliances and a 1/2 bath on first level. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the top floor, each bedroom having their own bathroom with skylights. Newly furnished, painted, new floors and this unit comes with 3 large flat screen TV’s and high speed WIFI. This location is two blocks to restaurants and only four blocks from the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Walk a few blocks north to the North End Café which has great coffee, breakfast sandwiches/ burgers and even a small store for incidentals. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, reading chair with ottoman, a large closet, and a Roku TV with local cable channels. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed (twin over twin) and a large closet as well. Both bedrooms offer plenty of space to unpack for your week of beach time. The living room has a 55 inch Roku TV with cable that also includes local channels. Roku offers all of the streaming channels such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. There is a love seat and sofa sleeper couch to relax. The dining table seats six and can and can be extended, pull up on of the three bar stools for more seating. There are board games and books to read throughout the unit.This townhome has an attached one car garage and also comes with additional private parking for two cars on the side of the building. The garage will give you access to beach chairs, boogie and body boards as well as two bicycles. There is a full size washer and dryer as well as an outside grill for your use. This property is professionally cleaned and managed and linens/ bath towels are provided. The relaxing atmosphere is mainly due to their being only four units in this complex. There is an option to also rent one of the other units located two doors down allowing you to have a larger group/ family gathering but spread out in two different units, see Scallop (115 Scallop Lane).
