It is a nominal fee of $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2. This is automatically calculated in your quote if you have put in the correct amount of guests staying.LITTLE COMMONSENSE – We are letting you stay at my 40,000 foot estate for about the same nightly rate of a 300 foot resort hotel room in this area. These homes save guests thousands on accommodation costs. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED / SANITIZEDHomes are cleaned and sanitized by two cleaners for approximately 4 hours between guests. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $195 if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Please let us know if you would like it scheduled.DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?Yes, pool will be whatever the nighttime temperature is. If you would like the pool to be heated to a comfy 80-85* it is only a fee of $150/night plus tax. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.DO YOU ALLOW PARTIES?Excessive noise is not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10PM-8AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property without a refund. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?This property has an outdoor music system. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool/hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool/hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool/hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool/hot tub if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks.
