Early check in (8 AM) and late check out (8 PM) may be available for as little as $400 for your reservation. Please inquire if interested.WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.ARE YOU HOMES CLEANEDHomes are cleaned and sanitized by two cleaners for approximately 4 hours between guests. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $95 if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Please let us know if you would like it scheduled.DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?Yes, the large pool will be whatever the night time temperature as it is underground. If you would like the pool to be heated to a comfy 75-85* it is a gas utility fee of $200/night plus tax. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.Hot Tub (Heated and Chemicals Serviced for $100/Tax per Stay)DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.DO YOU ALLOW PETS?Pets must be approved in advance and $150 non refundable per pet fee.DO YOU ALLOW PARTIES?Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property without a refund. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.
