Just a quick reminder and explanation on how the pool heat works here. We are setting the pool temp at 84 when the pool heater is ON. The pool pump operates from 10 pm to 11 am daily. During this time, the pool heater is also active, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Please note that when the pump is off, there may be a slight decrease in the pool temperature by 1 to 2 degrees.Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine.This will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.The pool will not heat up like the hot tub (this house does not have a hot tub though please don’t be confused). It will warm up the water, but it still depends on the outside temperature.DISCLAIMER: We have two security cameras, one on the front porch facing the garage. They will be on during your stay. There is another camera to monitor the back gate. The camera turns on only when it sees someone. Otherwise, it’s off.Other things to noteYou can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest.
